Guarantees and Returns Policy

If you wish to return goods to Zaida Home for a refund please e-mail within 14 days to with your order number and reason, please return in the original packaging including any outer packaging.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. Please use the Signed For service not Special Delivery as this has become very expensive.

The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you would like to use our return service please e-mail us with your order number.

a. For items up to 3kgs - £3.00 up to 4 cushions

b. For items over 3kgs and up to 5kgs - £5.00 up to 6 cushions

c. For items over 5kgs and up to 10kgs - £10.95 6 cushions plus and rugs.

For small and medium items up to 5kgs in weight a returns label will be e-mailed to you, print this of and apply it securely to the outer packaging of your item and take it to your local myHermes ParcelShop drop-off – we will email your closest one to help you.

For large items over 5kgs we will contact you to arrange a convenient date between Monday to Friday to collect the item you wish to return.

Please notify us of any damage or losses within 3 days as we will not consider any claim against any loss or damage after 7 days.


All our merchandise is guaranteed against faulty manufacturing for 1 year. If the item you have ordered presents a problem within 1 year of receipt, please return the faulty product by signed for second class post in the original packaging or suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

We will not be held responsible for damage to any goods in transit on their way back to us.

We will then repair or replace the faulty item for you within 14 days.

This applies to all goods supplied in the UK and overseas, although pick up from outside the UK is not always available so please call us to discuss. The cost of any returns from overseas requested by us and as the result of a manufacturing fault will be compensated within reason.


All custom items are non-returnable unless the customer feels that there is a quality issue or that the item doesn’t match the customer’s specific order.

Please contact us immediately to discuss any issues as we cannot be held responsible for items manufactured to an exact match of the customer’s specific instructions.

Deliveries within the UK

Standard Delivery* in the UK is only £2.95 (usually 2-4 working days)

Next Day Delivery by FedEx** for stock items ordered by 1pm £4.95 (does not include custom items)

**FedEx Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed for Highlands and outer area postcodes. If you live in a remote part of the country, please check with us before ordering for next day delivery.
The following postcodes carry an extra charge - Scottish Isles-Highlands Postcodes AB31-35 AB40-56 IV1-63 KW1-14 PA20-78 PH4-41 PH49-50.

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, a card will be left by the delivery company.

Special delivery options will not be refunded with returns.

What happens if some or all of the products on my order are out of stock? 

Below the price in Zaida cerese our site shows either in stock or 4-8 weeks, if you place an order thats out of stock we will e-mail you a more accurate delivery time as stock is changing constantly. 

Deliveries Abroad

We can arrange delivery abroad and the shopping cart will automatically calculate charges for this. Deliveries normally take between 2-10 days depending on the destination country, and are sent by DPD for Europe and Fed Ex or registered post for rest of the world.

Delivery cost is calculated by the size-weight of the item you order and the Zone your country falls in. It is all done automatically for you at the Checkout when you select the country for delivery. If your country is not on the list please e-mail us for a delivery quote.

All export delivery costs will not be refunded with returns.

For Companies

All exports welcome please select the appropriate country in the Delivery Address details at the Checkout. If you are based in Europe please e-mail with your order requirements for VAT free shopping. The rest of the world our checkout will automatically deduct VAT (local tax).


Secure payments taken through Barclays Merchant Services

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,Switch, Solo, JCB and American Express. We use the most secure form of online payment system by Barclays merchant services and all credit card data is encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL). 

We also accept Paypal please click on the relevent button when at the check out.

We employ MasterCard secure code and verified by visa to ensure that your credit card will not be used by unauthorised people and can only be used by the user, which prevents fraud. 

When paying by card over the internet we NEVER see any of your card details, this is handled via Worldpay

We do not keep any credit card details whether you order over the internet or by phone. 

When we dispatch your order you will receive an e-mail with a dispatch receipt, and expected delivery times. If your order has been dispatched via Fed Ex,or Yodel you will also have a tracking number which allows you to track the progress of your goods.
